Looking to relocate to North Carolina from Chicago, I logged on to several Charlotte area Real Estate web sites.
The first response I received from my inquiries was from Southgroup Realty. When I spoke with one of their agents, they gave me a great understanding of the market and provided a relocation kit filled with vital information about schools, outdoor activities and everyday life in Charlotte.
When my wife and I moved to North Carolina, Southgroup walked us through every step of the negotiations and buying of our first house. They spent the time to really understand what we were looking for, and helped us understand what was available. They answered all of our questions and guided us with through the logistics until the house that we loved was ours.
Considering the incredibly competitive market in Charlotte at the time we purchased, Southgroup Realty was an invaluable asset in negotiating and obtaining the home we wanted. I don't believe we would have obtained this home without them.
